Ad Problems:
1. The colors of the ad overloaded my eyes. Highlighting only made it worse.
2. The only words I was able to read without squinting were: lust1026proboardscom.proboards.com/
3. The words that caught my attention when squinting: ^Experienced Staff needed please!
--which shows inexperience of the current staff by the way.
4. Alphess, and Betess: Just because you add "ess" to something makes it feminine. It's Alpha Male, and Alpha Female for a reason. It's just Beta for either Male or female. The number of betas are usually determined by the size of the pack; 5-10:1, 10-20:2, 20+:3. It never goes above three.
5. It looks as if it is just mashed together with no real organization to it, making it hard to tell where one section ends and another begins.
Site problems:
1. More mashed together stuff. Everything dealing with Character application should be in a seperate category, and not in the General Category. The adoption board will go into the same category as the application stuff. Bios should also go there too. The going away board should go under the general board as a subboard
2. Get a chat box. It'll help guests ask questions and talk to members more easily then having to type a pos like this. No RP is ever complete without some kind of chat box.
3. Staff Auditions: A no no. It further shows the inexperience of the current staff. Instead, look for members who follow te rules, are friendly towards others. Then send them a pm asking if they would like to become a staff members. If they say yes, then tell them what their job is as a staff member. When it comes to following the rules versus experience, following the rules wins hands down, but yes it would be nice to have some kind of experience behind it, but isn't necessary so long as they know what they are to do, and they follow the rules. If they have followed the rules, they should know what is and isn't allowed, where just having ecperience wouldn't give them that kind of knowledge.
That's all the problems I was able to find. I hope I posted this in the right place, if not I'm sorry. Let's see if I can end this on a positive:
Fun facts (those are always nice)
1. There was once a smiley missing from the "Add Smilies:" section.
2. Recaptcha can say some pretty random things. Examples:
Picture 1 -- You don't have to tell me twice
Picture 2 -- Isn't just me or did everyone ask "His what?"
Picture 3 -- Is that a new drinking game?
Picture 4 -- You may want to go look that up...seriously it'll sound stranger once you look up the word sputters
Picture 5 -- I didn't know a teakettle could conduct, I'm glad I do now.
Picture 6 -- It knows me all too well
Picture 7 -- Unmodified, I swear. What Am I supposed to do with this?
Picture 8 -- Glad to know, that it knows it consumes our time
3. Wolves are very majestic creatures, and very misunderstood creatures.
4. Pie + Cheese = Cheesepie while Cheesepie - Pie = Cheese + Pie * Cheesepie
5. Very original and lovely site you've got here
